PRODUCT COLOURS
We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, or device. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what you see online and the physical product.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated and charged in Euros (EUR). Norwegian customers will also see prices in NOK. Your credit card company will automatically convert payment from your own currency at your bank exchange rate. You can check the approximate rate at www.xe.com
Angélica León Design may charge the Purchaser for the goods from the time they place the order. If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card, we may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us at angelicaleondesign@gmail.com. We will authorize you with a Return Authorization number to be written on the box being returned.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- All goods must be returned as new with original tags attached.
- Return Authorization Numbers must be written on the outside of the returned box, or the box cannot be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchange items.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned for refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days in the same form as payment was made.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- No refund will be made on sale items.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
If a product is defective, please notify us in writing within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered and no later than two years from receipt (five years if the product is meant to last considerably longer). In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, contract termination, or compensation.
